We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations, changes to, and rescheduling of all appointments, to allow our staff time to fill your vacant appointment space. We understand life happens and sometimes you can't always make your appointments. 

If you need to make changes to your appointments please let us know when you receive your confirmation text msg 2 days before your appointment. We'd be happy to help accommodate your changes with the minimum 24 hours notice. A 50% late cancellation fee applies after this time as a courtesy to our Therapist's time. If you are booked in for laser hair removal on a package, one treatment will be forfeited from your remaining sessions.

Any cancellations inside the 24 hour window, no shows and no notice will incur full fee.
